The race for the podium has reached its decisive stage at the Sitting Volleyball competition of the Para South American Games Valledupar 2026, with the semifinalists now confirmed following an exciting group stage.

In the women’s tournament, Brazil topped the standings with a flawless campaign, winning all three matches without dropping a set (9-0). Peru finished second with a 2-1 record, followed by Argentina (1-2), while Venezuela (0-3) secured the fourth semifinal berth.

The men’s competition also produced high-level contests throughout the preliminary round. Brazil once again led the standings with a perfect 5-0 record, followed by host nation Colombia (4-1). Argentina (3-2) finished third, while Venezuela (2-3) claimed the final place in the semifinals. Peru (1-4) and Bolivia (0-5) will meet in the match for fifth place.
